About the Artist

Shannon D'Laine is a self-taught artist. Born in 1980 in Roseville, California, Shannon D'Laine took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Shannon D'Laine developed an appreciation for her majestic surroundings. She moved to the Denver Metropolitan area in 1992. She would often get lost inside her own thoughts doodling the hours away. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Shannon D'Laine's life would be centered upon  art. After high school, Shannon D'Laine took some time away from school to find her true passion in expression. Returning to school, Shannon D'Laine found interest in Human Development which has only helped to enhance her creative enthusiasim.
